Cancellation Policy – Customised Products

• Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• Cancellation is not possible after customisation work begins.
• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, before processing.
• Incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• Manufacturing defects or transit damage may qualify for replacement after verification.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Customised Products

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
• Once shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without charges.
• Shipping and return charges may be deducted in certain cases.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy (conditions apply).

• Customised products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photographic evidence and Order ID are mandatory.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the issue is ours.
